As The hotel/property provide itself to charge the payment with his own payment system, the hotel/property is free to put in the conditions the more apropriate text that explain the clauses of the reservation. The hotel/property is also responsible directly in this kind of report between himself and the customer, considering upbooking a mere software system that execute operations(as we explain in our policies).
