Payment & Cancellation Policy
- The reservation will be guaranteed by a valid credit card and finally debited on May 28, 2018.
- All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to the 2018 ENBIS official event organizer via email at [email protected].
- Cancellations received before May 6, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received between May 7, 2018 and May 27, 2018 will receive a 20% refund. Cancellations received after this latter term will be not refundable.
- In any case Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name to [email protected] at least one week prior to the event start date.
